Refund Policy
At Drop Vault we want you to be happy with every purchase. In the event of an issue with your order we will always work to make it right.
You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:
- Your item never arrived
- Your item arrived damaged
- You received the wrong item
- The item was significantly not as described
Our resolution process: Our first resolution for any eligible issue is to send a free replacement. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and are issued at our discretion.
How to request a resolution: Contact us at dropvaultuk@outlook.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date with the following:
- Your order number
- A photo or video clearly showing the issue
We will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.
Non-delivery claims: If your order has not arrived please wait until at least 25 calendar days have passed since your dispatch date before contacting us, as your order may still be in transit. Non-delivery claims will not be accepted after 45 calendar days from your dispatch date.
Where tracking is available we will use this to verify delivery status. For orders without full end to end tracking, non-delivery claims will be reviewed on a case by case basis and may require additional time to investigate.
Drop Vault is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services or circumstances outside of our control.
Please note:
- We do not offer resolutions for change of mind or buyer's remorse
- All claims require supporting evidence before being processed
- If a refund is approved it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Colour variations may slightly differ from product images due to screen display settings
