Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times Once dispatched please allow the following estimated delivery times:

• United Kingdom: 5-15 business days
• Europe: 10-20 business days
• Rest of World: 15-30 business days

Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Occasional delays may occur due to high demand, customs processing, or courier delays outside of our control.

Tracked Shipping All orders include tracked shipping as standard. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Customs & Duties For international orders outside the UK, customs fees or import duties may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Drop Vault.
